Bath has excellent transport links. Bath Spa train station is on the main line between Bristol and London, Bristol Airport is about an hour away and the city is close to the M4 motorway.

The University of Bath campus is located outside the city in Claverton Down, on the east side of Bath. On arrival at the conference, delegates should come straight to the Chancellors' Building, the main entrance of which is near the campus public transport arrivals area and the East Car Park. Follow the MEI Conference signs, which will lead you into the building and up the stairs to the MEI registration desk on the first floor.

Below you'll find information on getting to the University of Bath, including details of parking, conveniently located railway stations and airports, and onward journey advice. More comprehensive travel advice can be found on the university’s own website. Although we are confident that the directions and timescales detailed below were correct at time of writing, we advise you to confirm your own personal travel route with the relevant travel operators directly, as arrangements are subject to change without notice.
