This system will allow you to register multiple delegates and pay for them in a single transaction. Before you start, you need to know:
- Contact information and dietary/special requirements for each delegate
- Details of which part(s) of the conference each delegate wishes to attend
- Whether each delegate wishes to become an MEI Member
- Relevant MEI discount codes and membership passwords
Payment information (you can pay by card, cheque, purchase order or official order form) including details of your school or
college's finance department, if payment is coming from them
Email confirmations will be sent to you and all the delegates you register, so please ensure that the email addresses are correct.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds on cancelled bookings will be made as follows:
- Cancellations received before 1 May 2020: 75% of fee will be refunded
- Cancellations between 1 May and 29 May 2020: 50% will be refunded
- Any cancellation after 29 May 2020: no refund will be given
The registration deadline is 3pm, Thursday 11 June 2020.
Any information you provide will be securely held on MEI systems. We will not share your personal data with anyone else.
