The University has carried out a major programme of works to improve access for people with disabilities. The campus map shows locations of wheelchair and accessible parking. For more detailed advice and information visit the University's accessible access guide.

Chancellor's Building

On arrival at the campus, delegates should come straight to the Chancellors' Building, the main entrance of which is near the campus public transport arrivals area and the East Car Park. Follow the MEI Conference signs, which will lead you into the building and up the stairs to the MEI registration desk on the first floor. Here we will issue you with your delegate folder and badge, and you will be able to check your timetable for any amendments.

If you have booked accommodation, you will be able to collect your room key from the accommodation check-in desk, which will be in Chancellors' Building during peak conference times. At other times, you can check-in at the East Accommodation Centre, which is open until midnight and manned by security staff from midnight to 4am.

Internet access

Guest WiFi access is provided by Sky through The Cloud and is available across the University of Bath campus, including within Chancellors' Building and the accommodation. Bandwidth is limited to 2Mbps per user to help ensure a fair service for all visitors.

If you already have an account with The Cloud you can use that to log in. Otherwise, you will need to register a new account.

Instructions on connecting to the Guest WiFi will be included within joining instructions.
